Fabiola, originally from Acapulco, Guerrero, grew up immersed in the rich culinary traditions of Mexico. Today, she brings those same authentic flavors to the heart of Toronto alongside her husband. Together, they founded Azteca Restaurant and Emporium Burrito with one mission: to share real Mexican food made with care and respect for every ingredient.

From sourcing fresh produce imported directly from Mexico to preparing dishes the traditional way, everything we serve reflects who we are—warm, welcoming, and proud of our roots.
